Update - due to the overwhelming amount of applications we have received on Gus, we are not accepting any new applications outside of those already scheduled to meet him. We appreciate everyone’s interest in this handsome guy.

Meet Gus. Gus came to us unidentified and at large and unfortunately no owner has come to claim him. Gus appears to be either a Cane Corso mix or an African Boerboel mix and is approximately 1.5 years old. Gus is an absolute goof ball bouncing around the kennel, office and yard soliciting attention. This big ham has such a big heart and just wants to share it with you. Meet Isabella. Isabella came to us unidentified and at large and unfortunately no owner came to claim her. Isabella appears to be a Hound mix and is just about 6 months old at this point. Isabella is a fun loving and gentle natured pup who is just looking for a family to call her own. Update - 7/13/26 transferred to the SPCA Serving Erie County.

Meet Odie. Odie came to us unidentified and at large and unfortunately no owner came to claim him. A little about Odie is he appears to be a Boxer/Pitbull Terrier mix and is approximately 1 year old. Odie must not of had a great start in life as he came in with small healed scars on his head and a few old fractured teeth, the veterinarian and I can only surmise he was struck by a car a while back and was never provided medical care. Odie is an absolute sweetheart, loves to play and loves the other dogs in the kennel. Odie is schedule on July 8th to be neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and have a few tooth extractions to remove those old fractured teeth. Though his surgery isn’t for a couple of weeks that doesn’t mean his forever family can’t come and meet him ahead of time. Update - 7/29/26 Maggie and Daisy here. We unfortunately have had very little interest in providing us a forever home or foster home. The people here are so very nice and have been working with us daily on exercise to aid in us losing some weight. We are pleased to announce we are both down almost 10lbs each and phew what a relief it is on our joints. Meet Maggie and Daisy. Maggie and Daisy came to us due to their owner passing away. These 2 elderly gals have visited in the past and the kennel environment is just way too stressful for them. Maggie and Daisy would do best in a quiet home without children. These 2 bonded ladies are approximately 11 years old and up to date on vaccines and spayed. Update - adoption pending.

Meet Max. Max originally came to us turned over unidentified and at large, however that wasn’t the truth. It turns out Max was rehomed approximately 2 months ago due to the owner falling on hard times. The new home reached out to the owner no longer wanting to keep this pup. The owner picked Max up and discovered his nails overgrown and that he had lost weight. The owner attempted to find a rescue or shelter to take Max, but was unsuccessful and due to not having a place to take Max the owner contacted us stating they found the dog. Though this is by no means the appropriate way, nor legal way to handle a situation like this, Max simply couldn’t remain homeless with the owner. So here we are with this super happy and loving guy now needing a home. Max is approximately 3 years old, house broken, knows basic commands, has lived with a dog previously and is now seeking his forever loving home. We are seeking a rescue or a forever loving home for this loving gentleman. Update - adoption together pending.

Meet Coconut and Cheesecake. Coconut & Cheesecake came to us together unidentified and at large and unfortunately no owner came to claim them. This duo are young at approximately 1 & 1.5 years of age. These 2 are quite the riot in the play yard with their zoomies and comical antics. After a romp in the yard they enjoy settling down at your feet for some much deserved pets, love and treats. Update - Boston has been adopted.

Meet Boston. Boston came to us unidentified and at large, he was further severely emaciated, with skin infections and a mouth that would scare a dental professional. Fast forward to today and Boston is on the mend, he’s gaining weight, his skin infections are resolving and after his dental he has a whopping 9 teeth left, but he certainly feels much better. With all Boston has been through he’s a very happy guy and just wants to be with you. One of the employees even took him home for a few nights to see how he is with other dogs and cats and we have great news, he’s both dog and cat friendly. We are seeking a forever home for this happy, fun loving guy. Meet Pinto. Pinto came to us unidentified and at large and unfortunately no owner has come to claim her. This little female 10 week old pup is full of energy, love and goofy antics. Pinto appears to be a Pitbull Terrier mix, but at this age would be difficult to say for certain what she is mixed with. Update - 5/12/26 Mavis has finally found her forever home.

Meet Mavis. Mavis came to us unidentified and at large. Mavis is described as a Labrador Retriever mix and is approximately 10 months old. What can we say about Mavis other than she is a ball of energy and love. This little one loves to run, play fetch, meet new people and just show off her energetic antics all in the name of making you smile.
