We would to congratulate our own Nate as he was selected as Junior Firefighter of the Year for the Southwestern Association of Volunteer Firemen at this year’s convention in Fredonia. That is from all of Erie, Allegheny, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties!!! Nate was recognized for all his hard work & dedication to the Hy-View Fire Company.

Saturday is the day for our annual Food Drive. Santa will be joining us while we pick up the donations for the St. Martha’s Food Pantry.
We will accept any donations of non-perishable and toiletry items at our fire station.

It’s that time of year again. The Hy-View Junior and Active Firefighters will be holding a Food Drive to support the St. Martha’s Food Pantry on Saturday, December 19th.

Unfortunately with the Covid-19 restrictions, we will not be passing out candy canes this year. But keep an eye out for Santa as he will be joining us with the Food Drive.

We are looking for anyone 16-18 yrs. of age in our district interested in joining our Junior Firefighter program.

You will train with our active firefighters and learn the aspects of firefighting and first aid. We will provide you with the tools we use along with the provided protective equipment and prepare you to become an active member of the Hy-View Fire Co at the age of 18 which allows you to provide an awesome service to your community.

Any interested young adult can stop down any Wednesday night at 7pm to find out more about our program.

This Saturday is our 2nd Annual Food Drive for the St. Martha’a Food Pantry! Our group will be out in the fire district picking up the donations starting at 10 am. If you wish to drop off donations at the fire station, we will have members accepting them as well!
