Scammers have recently used phone calls to Lewis County PUD to try and access customer account information. We have a robust system in place to verify we are speaking to authorized people listed on your account.

Recently, scammers have also targeted our customers by impersonating Lewis County PUD employees to try and obtain personal financial information.

If you get an email or phone call you think is suspicious, STOP, HANG UP, and CALL US at 360-748-9261 to check your account status.

These scams only work when you volunteer your personal information. Recipients of such fraudulent phone calls should under no circumstances agree to send money or give bank account, credit card, or other personal information.
