Friends of the Chehalis Library Meetings are the first Wednesday of every other month. Dues are $5 per year. Interested in becoming a member? Contact: [email protected].

Friends groups support their local Timberland Regional Library's mission to provide information, resources, services and places where all people are free to read, learn, connect and grow. The Friends of the Chehalis Library are Lewis County community members who support the Vernetta Smith Chehalis Timberland Library by enhancing and promoting its services, staff and resources. Members raise and al

locate funds for special programs, events and materials unavailable though the Timberland System and support the library's goal of creating a place where all people are free to read, learn, connect and grow.

As funding challenges grow, the Friends of the Library are stepping in to help bridge a critical gap while Timberland Regional Library works toward a more sustainable future. This isn’t just about keeping the lights on. It’s about protecting something our communities rely on every single day.
