The Cheney Public Library is open to all, offering a wide variety of services to the community. The library contains the newest best-sellers, fiction, non-fiction and favorite authors, as well as newspapers, magazines and DVDs. The Cheney Public Library is part of the South Central Kansas Library System, allowing patrons to borrow materials from other libraries in Kansas. A year-round children's p

rogram is offered including story hours, craft nights, and one of the state's most popular reading programs. With free internet access and WiFi, copier service and more, the Cheney Public Library is a full-service library offering the most to its patrons. A Cheney Public Library card gives you access to:
