Cherokee Public School is located in the City of Cherokee, which is situated in rural Northwest Oklahoma. A tremendous history surrounds Cherokee Schools, and the district is proud of the academic and sporting traditions of times past, encouraging each of our present students to add their own achievements to the Cherokee Public School legacy.

Guess we’ll settle for top sixty — IN THE NATION! — There were a good ten seconds when the boys were disappointed about not making that next break, but then it was time to look for someplace for dinner and that’s much more important! They held their own against some pretty incredible performers, and we’ve learned a lot. And i could not be prouder of them!! So day off tomorrow, then they’ll get their top sixty plaques and watch finals — hopefully supporting some of our fellow Oklahoma competitors! As always, thank you, Cherokee (and surrounding communities) for making this possible!!

It’s a GREAT Day to be Chief!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Cherokee never lets you down! Thanks to some incredibly generous donors, and what might have been the entire population of Alfalfa County ordering pizza tonight, we've financed the trip to Nationals! It was great to see everyone who made the drive over! And it was great to hear about all the take out orders! HUGE shout out, as always, to our moms for doing all the real work (and in some cases starting a Chiefs Speech Door Dash business)! And of course, thanks so much to Gambino's Pizza for helping us out! You ALL have made it a great summer to be a Chief! Here we GOOOO!
