Tonight is the night! CHPD officers, Cherry Hill OEM, fire/EMS, public works, and event staff will all be on site to assist with traffic, crowd safety, and emergency response. Please arrive early and follow all officer directions.
Gates open at 7 PM and close at 8:45 PM. Fireworks will be shot after dusk at the Michael J. Santarpio Field at Jonas C. Morris Stadium, Cherry Hill High School West.
☀️ Beat the Heat
Today will be HOT! Keep in mind that turf fields retain more heat than the surrounding air temperature, so the surface may feel warmer than expected. We recommend:
▪ Bringing a chair to keep you off the turf — chair legs must have a flat or rubber bottom to protect the surface
▪ Bringing plenty of water and dressing comfortably for warm weather
▪ Checking on children and elderly guests throughout the evening
👨👩👧 Family Safety Tips: Large events can become crowded quickly. Before arriving:
▪ Take a photo of your child so you have a current image on hand
▪ Identify a family meeting spot in case your group becomes separated
▪ Make sure children know to approach a police officer, firefighter, EMS, OEM personnel, or event staff if they become lost
▪ If your child becomes lost, notify the nearest officer immediately or call 911
🚫 Quick Reminders
▪ All minors must be accompanied by an adult — unaccompanied minors will not be admitted
▪ No alcohol, to***co, cannabis, or glass bottles
▪ No drones, bikes, scooters, or wheeled vehicles
▪ No toys, lawn games, or water guns
▪ Pets are not permitted on the turf field — service dogs are welcome
