Village brush pickup will begin Monday, October 4th, 2021. Brush is not to be put out to the road more than two weeks prior to the beginning of the pickup. Brush includes tree limbs, trimmings from trees only.

Brush does NOT include roots, stumps, leaves, dirt piles, garbage, cardboard, scrap wood or lawn trimmings. Brush must be neatly stacked in one direction with the cut end facing the street or it will not be picked up. Please note that the Village will not pick-up brush cut by a commercial contractor.

During each brush pickup, the Village crew will go through town once and pick up the brush that is out at that time. Brush put out after the crew has serviced an area will not be picked up. We recommend that all brush be out before the first day of the pick-up.

Our food truck schedule is coming to close this weekend and we have one last delicious menu for you. However, this will NOT be your last chance to eat at The Pizza Box in Chesaning this year. The Pizza Box will be returning to the park for two weekends in September and may even be appearing at other events in the community.

Speaking of community, we want to thank everyone for supporting the food trucks that came to the park throughout the summer. We are hoping we will be able to bring food trucks back to the park again next year.

Until then walk, drive, or kayak down to Showboat Park for some delicious food this weekend.
