RO Hampton Rds showed support for AST2 Jaggers and his family by running a 5K with Tracen Yorktown. Aviation is a very small community, it was incredible to see other rates come together to show support. One TEAM.

Back in October, the Coast Guard Recruiting Office Hampton Roads joined thousands along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront for the 2025 Neptune Festival. 🇺🇸

This season, our future Coast Guardsmen and Coast Guardswomen didn’t just ship to boot camp — they were sent off with a standing ovation. 👏🇺🇸

As our recruits departed MEPS Fort Lee, they were met with applause, encouragement, and congratulations from MEPS staff and proud family members. It was a powerful reminder that service is never walked alone.

While many are spending time with loved ones, these individuals chose something bigger — answering the call to serve, protect, and lead. ⚓🇺🇸

We couldn’t be more proud. Safe travels, shipmates. The Coast Guard family is already behind you. 💙❤️

🇺🇸 Under the Flag, Inspired for the Future ⚓️

This week at Chesapeake City Park, recruits, families, and recruiters gathered beneath the massive American flag 🇺🇸 for an unforgettable enlistment ceremony.

Captain Judge, U.S. Coast Guard — former Commanding Officer of TRACEN Cape May 🧭 and now Chief of Staff for District East 🌊 — personally administered the Oath of Enlistment 🤝 and shared powerful career and life lessons 💡 with everyone present.

With 39 years of service 🫡, Capt. Judge reminded us what commitment, purpose, and leadership truly look like. His words inspired not only our newest recruits, but every one of us standing there — friends, family, and shipmates alike ⚓️.

🎉 Congratulations to our future Coast Guard members — and a heartfelt thank you to Capt. Judge for leading with wisdom, humility, and heart.
