The Ruth Bennett Community Farm will host its bi-weekly FREE food distribution this Thursday, June 25th from 1 to 3 p.m.

Stop by to get a box filled with local seasonal produce that includes greens, fruit, herbs, and eggs.

Want to learn more about homebuying and being a homeowner? The Chester Homebuyers and Homeowners Fair will take place on Saturday, June 27th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The fair will provide an overview of Chester’s Homebuyer Assistance Program and resources for homeowners.

Additionally, key topics will be covered — including credit and mortgage financing, selecting a home, inspections, and the settlement process.

Registration will begin on the day of the event at 9:30 a.m.

Date & Time: Saturday, June 27th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Location: Christian Church of Chester, 308 W. 3rd St. in Chester, PA

The Ruth Bennett Community Farm's annual food distributions are in full swing! Produce boxes are distributed to community members for free biweekly.

PA’s Department of Human Services offers SUN Bucks, the state’s Summer EBT program, which is a new grocery benefits program that provides households with a one-time payment of $120 for each eligible child to buy food while school is out.

Free produce box distributions continue at the Ruth Bennett Community Farm this Thursday, June 11th!

Stop by the farm on Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. to pick up a FREE box of fresh, seasonal produce. Boxes include leafy greens, fruit, herbs, and more.
