Public libraries continue to be not only where you can check out a book, but safe spaces and centers for education and outreach in our communities. The Chester Public Library stands by the fundamental belief that the library should be free and open to everyone. Every member of our community deserves to feel safe, welcome, and respected in our space. Regardless of race, gender, orientation, faith, national origin, age, or ability, the Chester Public Library is a place where everyone can come and learn about anything and everything!
