UPDATE: child has been reunited with family shortly after this posting. Thank you all for your assistance.

The child in the attached image was located alone at 13th and Bradford Way and is currently with the Chester Police Department.

The child in question is non verbal and appears to be 2-3 years of age.

If you are aware of the child's name or know their family, please call 9-1-1 and let us know so they can be reunited.
