Saint Louis County’s, On-the-Job Training Program (OJT), can reimburse your business for wages paid to new hires during the period you are getting them up to speed. We connect you with job seekers possessing valuable skill sets and proven work ethics. When you hire from within the program, we reimburse your business a percentage of wages paid. Program Features
• Wage Reimbursement: We reimburse up

to 50% or more of the wages of workers hired through this program
• Qualified Employees: We match your business needs with a qualified new hire.
• Convenience: We do the paperwork and provide on-going guidance. Program Criteria/Limitations
