Chesterfield Health District Medical Reserve Corps The Chesterfield Medical Reserve Corps is a force of dedicated volunteers who stand ready to support the community in the event of a public health emergency.

We promote and protect public health in Colonial Heights, Chesterfield & Powhatan, Virginia. We are volunteers building strong, healthy, and prepared communities in Chesterfield County, Powhatan County and the City of Colonial Heights. Getting help in an emergency is now faster and easier for those in the Richmond region who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, can’t speak, or are in a situation where it isn’t safe to speak.
