Congratulations to 3rd grade student, Lilli Asher, for being named the EES Student of the Month for September!
The EES & CCSD Character Trait for September is RESPECT! Lilli's teacher, Mrs. Alexander, says, "Lilli is new to EES this year but has already demonstrated what it means to be a respectful classmate. Lilli follows directions and treats others with kindness and consideration, creating a positive environment. Lilli takes pride in her work and in maintaining her space. Her respectful attitude has made her transition to EES smooth and has set a wonderful example for others to follow." Congratulations, Lilli, for being chosen Edwards Elementary's Student of the Month! The EES Student of the Month is sponsored by the Chesterfield High School Alumni Association. Lilli has been provided a sign to display proudly in her yard during the month of September!
EES is also proud of all the classroom nominations. These students were presented with a Student of the Month button, a token to the EES Book Vending Machine, and a certificate provided by Shiloh to Go for a free kid's meal or ice cream!
