The Kent County Detention Center is seeking a Program Manager for a new OUD Treatment Initiative. This opportunity involves assessing and referring inmates to the program; providing behavioral health counseling and case management; coordinating support services, including re-entry services; and preparing reports. This is a full-time hybrid position working with a dedicated team of professionals. Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling, preferably with coursework in criminal justice. Certified Addictions/Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of Maryland (CAC-AD or CPC-AD) with 2 years minimum experience.
