Kent Developmental Disabilities Program The Kent County Health Department, is a local office of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

The Kent County Health Department Developmental Disabilities Program provides case management, support, and referral for day and residential services to individuals who are eligible to receive DDA services.
