Get in out of the heat for a performance of Short Attention Span Theatre tonight at 8 and Sunday at 2 (No performance on July 4th).

Need something fun to do with the family this holiday weekend? Well, we sure have a perfect suggestion for you. There are still 3 performances of Short Attention Span Theatre at the GCA, including TONIGHT at 8 PM, tomorrow at 8 PM and Sunday at 2 PM (note, there is no performance on the 4th). Just look at the folks in this picture - they're all ready to entertain you!

The Maryland State Arts Council is looking for panelists - this is a great opportunity to be involved in important arts work across the state

Applications are being accepted to serve as panelists for the Public Art Across Maryland (PAAM) program, which supports the planning, creation, and conservation of public artworks throughout the state.

Compensation is up to $750, depending on the number of completed reviews. This includes compensation for attending a panel meeting and two training sessions.

The application deadline is Wednesday, July 15, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
