Per the song by Whitney Houston, I believe the children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way.
Helping Hugs is promoting a positive attitude amongst children toward civil authority, i.e. police, EMS, fire and rescue personal when a condition forces an interaction causing anxiety. We strive to do this by providing "stuffies" to those organizations and hope to enhance a positive encounter with training in ASL and Spanish classes if and when funding becomes available.
