Notice of Public Hearing:
Hello Neighbors,
We received the following communication to our HOA mailbox. We are attempting to let everyone know so they can watch or attend the meetings.
Depending on the development, it could effect the intersection and traffic at the entrance of Summerfield.

Dear Property Owner:
The Hall County Planning and Development Department has a policy of notifying property owners within 500 feet when an application is filed with the Planning Commission.
The application of Ponderosa Land Holdings, LLC to rezone from Agricultural Residential-Ill (AR-Ill) and Residential-I (R-I) to Planned Residential District (PRQ) OA·a 1.64± acre tract located on the west side of Winder Highway at,it§Jrtersection with Plantation Drive; a.k.a. 4610 & 4616 Winder Highway; toned AR-Ill & R-I; Tax Parcel 15037A000070 & 000001. Proposed use: single family development. Commission District 1.
The meetings will be available to the public through two options: in person or virtually, livestreamed on the Hall County website www.hallcounty.org.
Those who wish to view the meeting in the virtual option may find more information on the County website, https://www.hallcounty.org/1097/0nline-Meetings.
Individuals who wish to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting may submit online comment in advance of the meeting.
• Written comments may be submitted online up to 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting.

Those who choose to attend the meeting in person will find the County has implemented certain social distancing measure due to COVID-19, such as spacing out the seats in the Commission Meeting Room, but otherwise the meetings are proceeding as normal.
Public comments can be made during the meeting by attending in person and speaking during the public hearing portion of the meeting.
The Planning Commission will hear this request at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room, Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA, 30504 and make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners for its approval or denial.
The Board of Commissioners will then hold a public hearing for final determination of the request at their meeting scheduled for 6:00p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2022 in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room, Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA, 30504.
The Planning Commission extends an invitation for you to attend this meeting or express in writing your opinion of this matter.
