Join us at Bairdford Park on August 7th & 8th for the West Deer Township Community Days!

Here’s where you’ll see us throughout the weekend:

🚑 August 7th & 8th – Bairdford Park
We’ll have a dedicated team at the event both days with one of our ambulances on display. Stop by to say hello, explore the ambulance, ask questions, and pick up helpful public health and safety information for you and your family.

🏃 August 8th – 5K Run/Walk
We will have an ambulance standing by on site to help ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

🎉 August 8th – Community Days Parade
Keep an eye out for some West Deer EMS ambulances rolling through the parade!

Subscription Drive 2026 is underway! Packets were mailed to all West Deer Township and Indiana Township Residents last week.

We have been made aware that some Indiana Township residents have received subscription information from another ambulance service as well. This is just a reminder that as of August of 2025, West Deer EMS was named as the sole EMS provider for Indiana Township.

The 2026-2027 Subscription drive was mailed in early June 2025. The new subscription drive will cover residents from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027.

We would sincerely like to thank Powered by Love for having us out at their Autism Touch-A-Truck event yesterday. Autism advocacy and support are such integral parts of our mission and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing event. The smiles on everyone’s faces were absolutely priceless and it was heartwarming to experience first hand.

We would also like to thank 12 Months of April - Autism Advocacy Project in Pittsburgh, PA for graciously donating four more sensory kits that help keep our ambulances and crews ready to support our community in every way.

From our West Deer EMS family to you all, thank you for your advocacy and help in harboring inclusivity in emergency healthcare. You are inspirations to all!

West Deer EMS is excited to be participating in tomorrow’s 4th Annual Autism Touch-A-Truck Afternoon of Fun hosted by Powered By Love!

Our crew will be there with an ambulance, giving children and families the opportunity to explore emergency medical equipment, meet a few of our EMS providers, ask questions, and learn about the important role EMS plays in our community.

We look forward to spending the afternoon with everyone and helping create a fun, educational, and sensory-friendly experience for all attendees!
