Request for Applications – Wyoming Respite Voucher Program

The Wyoming Department of Health, Aging Division, Community Living Section, is currently accepting applications for provider organizations to participate in the Wyoming Respite Voucher Program for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2027 grant period (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027).
This notice announces a Request for Applications for provider organizations serving Albany, Hot Springs, Niobrara, Platte, Washakie, and Weston counties. The grant application is open until filled.
Funding will support the Wyoming Respite Voucher Program for eligible participants residing in the counties listed on the FFY2027 Grant Application Cover Page. The purpose of the program is to provide self-directed respite care, offering temporary relief to individuals with caregiving responsibilities.
