At the Wyoming Council for Women, we know that Wyoming women are incredibly strong and resilient. But true strength doesn't mean carrying it all on your own.

It is okay to not be okay, and it is always okay to ask for support. Whether you are balancing work, family, or just the daily hustle of life, your mental well-being matters. Taking care of yourself is the first step in being there for the people you love.

If you or a woman in your life is going through a tough time, please remember that reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Let's check in on one another this month and make mental health a priority!
