Open Day-Free to the Public! No reservations required.
Meet us at the Event Barn at the Deerwood Ranch in the beautiful Centennial Valley
BLM representatives will be on site to answer any questions and approve adoption applications.
**25+ non gentled BLM mustangs (male and female) and burros (male and female) will be on site for adoption. Please check out adoption information online with the BLM.
**Lunch can be purchased from 11:30-2:00. Delicious pulled pork sandwiches provided by THE LUNCH BOX!
**Gift Items-T-shirts, Photo Notecards, photography, wood turned bowls, handmade jewelry and hides, handmade knives, handbags, home décor and many other handmade items.
**We have several vendors: Come and appreciate a Farmers Market/Artistic Fair Vibe.
**Quick Draw Coffee Co. will be here!
**Tractor or pick-up hayrides will be provided to view the 350+ wild horses who reside at the Deerwood Ranch. Tours to view the wild horses 9:30-2:30—leaving about every half hour *Last tour @2:00
**Colorado Wagon Train, in honor of Sean Herring Memorial Foundation, will be taking people to and from the parking area by horse and wagon if you choose. This is always a fun day for everyone. Come out and enjoy a little ranch life and some wild horses.
**BLM adopted mustangs will be on hand with their trainers to answer any questions you might have about adopting a mustang. They will be sharing their story and training process. These are not professional trainers, just horse loving people who took a chance on a Mustang!

Morrison Jeep Trail Update!

Heavy equipment has worked up to the third switchback preparing the trail surface and clearing out run off areas. That work will continue throughout the week as they prepare for blasting later in the month. A huge thanks to Wyoming State Trails and The Cody Field office Bureau of Land Management - Wyoming for their efforts toward this shared goal of rebuilding the Morrison Jeep Trail!

BLM is reminding individuals who witness vandalism, artifact theft or suspicious activity on public lands to report it as soon as possible. Reports can be made to local BLM Field Offices.

BLM is investigating recent acts of vandalism at six Native American rock art sites in the Bighorn Basin.
