Last night, somethin' magical happened at the LCCC Clay Pathfinder Building. The beads flew. The gumbo flowed. A killer was unmasked. And together — TOGETHER — we raised funds for The Arc of Laramie County.

But none of it woulda been possible without YOU.

To our sponsors — you believed in this vision before the first bead was ever strung. Your generosity set the stage for everything that followed.

To our auction donors — you filled those tables with treasures. Every basket, every gift card, every experience gave our guests somethin' to fight for.

To our volunteers — you worked behind the scenes, in the shadows, makin' sure every detail was just right. The spirits saw you. WE saw you.

To everyone who bought a ticket, bid on an item, grabbed some Golden Beads, or simply shared our posts — you showed up for our community. You showed up for 220+ individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families right here in Laramie County.

The Arc has been servin' this community since 1954. Last night reminded us why we do this work — and why it matters.

🎂 Gather 'round, cher. The spirits got somethin' to celebrate...

We a little late — but the magic is right on time.

Happy Belated Birthday to our board member, Chinna Mack! 💜

Now let me tell you about this woman, because she is somethin' SPECIAL.

Chinna came to us from Illinois, but she's been callin' Wyoming home since 2005. She's got a daughter named Jayla, a husband Rory since 2021, and a heart bigger than the bayou itself.

By day, she's a Licensed Clinical Social Worker — partnerin' with folks who want to become their best selves. She works with military families, the LGBTQ+ community, clients young and old. She don't just guide people on their journey, cher — she walks RIGHT beside 'em. That's rare magic.

But wait... there's MORE.

🎭 She lights up the stage at Cheyenne Little Theatre
👑 She competes in pageants
🎤 She sings with Bowtie & Bowtox
🎅 She transforms into MRS. CLAUS for downtown Cheyenne
✈️ She travels whenever the spirits call

And somehow — SOMEHOW — she still finds time to serve on our board and help us "Be the Change."

Chinna, the spirits are grateful for you. WE are grateful for you.
