Rob Black, Social Studies/PE/Health Consultant & Native American Liaison, was the Shooting Star for September. He was recognized for facilitating the ongoing Social Studies Standards Review and planning the annual Native American Education Conference (NAEC).

Beyond his core responsibilities, Rob advances interagency efforts, such as the Wind River Computer Science Collaborative. He quickly assists teammates across departments, whether capturing committee notes during educator reviews, sharing policy insights, or integrating team feedback. Rob’s operational precision, adaptability, and steady ex*****on make him an essential asset to our agency.
