The water tank mural project, which has been underway since October 2024, still needs approximately $62,000 in funding for the second tower.

The project, which 100% privately funded, entails the beautification and painting of the two water tanks atop the hill north of Storey Boulevard. The first tank, also known as the North City Tower, was completed on Sept. 19, after being worked on by muralist Jordan Dean and CHP Paint Co. since July 21.
