Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) đź’™

When a person living with HIV is on treatment and maintains an undetectable viral load, they have zero risk of transmitting HIV to their s*xual partners. Zero.

U=U is more than a medical fact—it’s a message of hope, dignity, and empowerment.

✨ For individuals, U=U can:
- Increase HIV testing
- Support treatment adherence and viral suppression
- Improve quality of life and overall well‑being

✨ For communities and organizations, U=U helps us:
- Build understanding of the benefits of HIV treatment
- Champion access to care and treatment
- Reduce HIV‑related stigma and discrimination
- When we share U=U, we save lives and strengthen communities.
