Folks. This isn’t just going to be some “3-5” deal for the lake-effect event. The POTENTIAL exists for epic snowfall somewhere downwind of the lake through Tuesday.

This latest run of the HRRR model plasters much of the metro with more than a foot of snow by Tuesday morning. That brighter reddish area corresponds to 18” and the yellow perilously close to downtown over the lake? Two FEET.

Now is this locked in stone? NO NO NO! However many ingredients required for a significant lake-effect snowstorm appear to be converging (pun intended).
