ADOPTED!!!

Its been a bit over a month and Sal has left the building!!!
Congratulations Sal, we look forward to updates from your new adventures. His new family patiently waited while Officer Franzo and the Tails of Redemption detainee participants put in alot of love and patience into Sals training. Sal has a lot of puppy energy and needed some help channeling it. He learned it was more fun to bring the ball back and drop it. Sal also learned that his actual toys were the kongs and balls...not the door stops, lol.

Update on Chocolate......

Unfortunately, shortly after her adoption and after spending a week bonding with her new famiy, they were advised of a newly imposed weight restriction on pets by their Homeowner's Association. The family was very emotional when they returned the freshly groomed Chocolate and we assured them that we would find her the right home. It only took a few days and it almost seemed like fate. We met someone that had been looking for the right pup. We talked for a while about what he was looking for and then we showed him some pictures and training videos of Chocolate. I wish I would have captured his smile at the very moment he saw her. We set up an in person meet and the search was over. We made plans and continued to work with her in her obedience. Today, Chocolate went home with her new owner and they both will enjoy a long weekend together. Congrats Chef Greg!

CHOCOLATE has been ADOPTED ! !Congrats and best of luck on your new adventure!!

**********Ace has been ADOPTED***********

Ace is ready to be adopted!! Unfortunately he was returned because the family had a drastic change in schedules and did not feel it was fair for Ace. I have spent the last day and a half with him and today he is keeping me company while I work on a few Dept. Bikes. Ace knows his obedience and loves meeting people. Because he is still a puppy he can be a little over eager meeting other dogs. We have introduced him to another dog and it went really well, just had to take it slow. Please send us a message of you are interested in meeting Ace.

***********Available for Adoption*********
Violet is a 2 year old Pitty mix. Super affectionate young girl, enjoys meeting people and taking walks. Loves treats and will eagerly work for them. It appears she loves water and warm baths. She did great for her first bath with us and seemed to really enjoy the human contact. We took a little field trip out to the lake and she seemed eager to play in the water, like all youngsters should. Anyone interested in meeting this young lady can send us a message so we can answer any questions and to arrange a time to meet Violet

Zilly and Ranger were also discovered at a shelter much like our "Tails of Redemption" dogs and now serve Cook County as comfort/therapy dogs. These two pups are making their way around the county bringing comfort to victims and witnesses as well as visiting schools, hospitals and many other public events.

A little laughter to lighten up our day
what is the costt and do you have mid size dogs also?
This is a magnificent program...and I couldn't be more grateful for the generous acts of diligence and kindness of these gentlemen. I'd enroll my Pika in for obedience training with them. God bless these men, their families and their futures.
