Pullman Porter Museum Issues Clarification; “It did not benefit from the 400 Million invested in Pullman” and Presents “Year-End-Summary” Impact Report.

RESPONSE TO PUBLIC OPINION:
Many have congratulated us on the amazing investments being made in Pullman due to them watching us carve out this niche PROPERLY for 25 years before the masses would even give the “Brotherhood Of Sleeping Car Porters” their just do and fair and EQUITABLE acknowledgment.

CLARIFICATION - 400 Million dollars has been poured into Pullman with a convincing media blitz touting community investment, BUT NOT ONE DIME LANDED AT THE 25-year-old PULLMAN PORTER MUSEUM, a Small Black Cultural Business.

However, one glance at our year-end summary impact report shows— in partnership with Randolph's Dream Community Development Corporation, the Amazing things we have done in and for our community without the benefit of ANY of that 400 Million. Just think what we could do with just a small portion of it!

Proof Positive — The creator of the universe can and will ALWAYS make a way out of no way. We are BEYOND thankful. We look forward to you lol continuing this journey with us for another 25 years.

S2A Modular

S2A Modular is hosting a free Webinar on Thursday, November 5th for investors in the Chicago area to learn about modular construction integrated with renewable energy smart home technology.

The webinar will break down the differences between the "traditional stick built" method of construction versus the "modular" method. You'll learn the advantages and disadvantages of the modular process along with how we're integrating renewable energy smart home components to create net-zero (NZEB) properties. The heart of the concept is the inclusion of a residential storage battery, such as the Tesla Powerwall for example and revolutionary solar panel systems, while adding high energy-efficient windows, doors, insulation, heating, etc. to maximize the battery's use.

Who is this webinar for?
1. The buyer who is looking to build a new home and would like to get the process done 30%-40% faster at a cost savings of 10%-20% of the original stick built method while building a stronger product.
2. The consumer who is interested in sustainability, renewable energy, smart home technology, energy-efficient home components integrated with green living.
3. The "Developer" that wants to build a community or subdivision of hundreds of homes and/or the developer that wants to build apartment or hotel doors quicker, stronger and for less money.
4. The accredited investor that would like to be involved at the start of something that could quickly grow and potentially disrupt an industry.
5. The strategic investor who wants to partner with a company not only to get a strong ROI on their investment but to have priority on the assembly line and a discount from normal mark-up.
6. The construction professional, the architect, the salesperson, the civil engineer, the supplier of building materials and anyone else that may want to learn more about modular construction and smart home technology and how to partner with S2A Modular.

Organizer
Brian Kuzdas started his real estate career in 1985 as a commercial real estate agent in Chicago, Illinois. After representing buyers and sellers for 12 years, Brian bought his first apartment building in 1997 with the intention to convert it into condominiums.

After the success of that first apartment conversion, over the next ten years (1998-2007), Brian bought 4,000+ apartments and converted all of them to condos.

When the recession hit in 2007, Brian shifted to helping banks auction their foreclosed inventory (REOs). By 2010, Brian bought Real Estate Auctions (REA) and expanded the company to fourteen states while moving the corporate office to Palo Alto, CA in 2012.

In 2017, Brian opened an acquisition division to develop 10,000+ modular renewable energy smart homes that run off of a storage battery creating net-zero (NZEB), in California, and throughout the entire world.

Brian will be joined by Dean DeLisle, Chief Marketing Officer of S2A Modular. Dean has been marketing, home building, mortgage and the Real Estate industry for over 30 years.

The mission of the @RandolphsDreamCDC “Community Economic Development Empowerment Project” (#CEDEP) is: to serve as an “Urban Neighborhood Stabilization Plan” for blighted communities that have suffered from years of disinvestment and “Economic Violence”. It also acts as a catalyst for Financial Education in the Urban Setting.

Our goal is to serve as the leader of an economic paradigm shift in underserved communities affected by poverty. This will be accomplished by facilitating high-level economic development projects in the form of “Transit oriented development”, “Asset based community development” and “Cultural Economic Development”. We will introduce and educate the community on these concepts through innovative programming, entrepreneurial mentorship, investment coaching, workforce development, direct access to resources and a wealth of knowledge and information. We have started by establishing and maintaining a permanent foundation in the the Historic Pullman National Monument, specifically in North Pullman (Census Tract 5002), a “Micro Market Recovery Zone” and “Opportunity Zone” where predominantly low, very low and moderate-income residents live.

We are also working to increase the quality of life for the existing homeowners of the middle class and working class populations of the Rosemoor and Washington Heights communities in order to increase the property value of their homes. We have established and will maintain a strong presence in the Roseland Community, Woodlawn, Chatham and Grand Boulvard Communties through strategic Partnerships with the “BOP 5000 Project”, the “1Woodlawn” initiative, and the “Inner City Development Collaborative”.

Small businesses are used to dealing with the unexpected, but many have never been through a crisis like this before. Entrepreneurs, especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities, need recovery and resiliency support to weather the storm and come out stronger on the other side of it. The Cook County COVID-19 Recovery Small Business Assistance program is here to help. Small businesses across Chicago and Cook County can apply for free business advising to address issues ranging from acquiring new capital and customers to understanding risk management. Additionally, suburban Cook County businesses with 20 or fewer employees who have seen financial losses due to the pandemic may qualify for a $10,000 grant to help get their business back on its feet. Visit cookcountysmallbusinessassistance.com to learn more and find out if you qualify.

Officials this week symbolically broke ground on a $34 million restoration of Pullman’s historic Clock Tower Administration Building and rail car manufacturing grounds at 111th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue. Attendance was limited due to COVID-19 safety measure so the event was also broadcast live. The collaborative project between the NPS and IDNR, when done, will allow the public to safely visit the historic site and learn about their heritage.
