C.A.P.O (Citizens.Against.Political.Oppression) C.A.P.O originates from the collective minds of citizens in America to form solutions to and combat genocide and political corruption. Recidivism- is the act of a person repeating an undesirable behavior after they have either experienced negative consequences of that behavior, or have been treated or trained for that behavior.

It is also used to refer to the percentage of former prisoners who are rearrested. Jake Cronin, a policy analyst with the Institute of Public Policy in the Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Miss., studied Missouri Department of Corrections data and found that inmates who earned their GED in Missouri prisons were significantly more likely to find a job after prison and less likely to return than inmates who do not. Cronin found the biggest jump in reduced recidivism rates, more than 33 percent, when he looked at who earned their GED and acquired a full-time job after their release.

Nelson Mandela, now 94, endured 27 years in prison.

Former South African leader Nelson Mandela is "doing better," his grandson said Saturday, according to South Africa's national news agency.
Mandela, 94, has been in serious but stable condition since being rushed to a Pretoria hospital June 8 with a recurring lung infection.
Mendelson has been in and out of hospitals in recent years. Each episode has sparked renewed health concerns.
His history of lung problems dates to when he was a political prisoner on Robben Island during the apartheid era, and he has battled respiratory infections over the years.
He has not appeared in public since South Africa hosted the World Cup in 2010. CNN

Your child says you are too strict. Your instincts tell you otherwise. 'If I relax the rules,' you say to yourself, 'he or she will just get into trouble!'

You can set reasonable rules for your child. First, though, you need to understand what might be causing him or her to chafe against the rules in the first place.

MYTH: All pre-teens and teenagers rebel against rules; it's an unavoidable part of adolescence.

FACT: A teenager is less likely to rebel when parents set reasonable rules and discuss them with him or her.

Although a number of factors may be involved in rebellion, parents may unwittingly encourage it if rules are inflexible or no longer age appropriate.

Fear not what can trap the body but, instead that which can trap the MIND!!!
