One down, two to go. Our “Teen Opportunity Fairs” have begun! Yesterday, the Chicago Park District staff along with dozens of community organizations gathered at Truman College sharing summer jobs (16+) and other programs to teens. 🤩

Our staff were available to answer questions and assist teens as they applied for Lifeguard, Recreational Leader, Junior Laborer summer jobs and more.

Today's is our Fitness Center! Welles Park is home to one of the Chicago Park District's sixty-nine fitness centers.

The Welles Park Fitness Center is perfect for getting in a quick workout when it is convenient in your schedule! Whether you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey there is something here for everyone!

Another great reason to join our fitness center is that if you have a child enrolled in a park program at the park and want to get a workout in while they are in Class, this low-cost option is perfect!

With the Fitness Center being located in the same building as the pool, get a quick session in at the fitness center before heading to the pool for one of our many lap swim opportunities.
