Thank you to our teams for being a part of Chicago's Black Women's Expo. The CCH HIV Integrated Programs team conducted more than 175 HIV tests and connected hundreds of community members to HIV prevention and care, along with information about CountyCare and Cook County Health resources. Our physicians, Drs. Kendra Outler and Anita Isama, also helped advance our mission through impactful community outreach.
