Good morning my fellow Kappans! This is Caridad Ramos, I am going to try to make it today but at this time I am feeling pretty horrible. I have bronchitis, ear and sinus infection slight fever.

I am going to try my best to make it. Will keep you posted.

Good morning! I know, I know it is Monday and if you are like me, Monday’s are a struggle but guess what? We get up and we push forward because when we overcome the small obstacles we are closer to reaching our goals!
