The Hispanic Federation will be hosting a “Fireside Chat” with War Criminal U.S Senator Tammy Duckworth. U.S Senator Tammy Duckworth has allied with the genocidal state of Israel time and time again. She has a track record of accepting millions of AIPAC money, ignored calls for a ceasefire, and has consistently voted to fund arms to Israel throughout her career. Most recently, she laughed in the face of her constituents and has a track record of policing and shutting down activists’ pleas to stop funding genocide against Gaza. War criminals like her deserve no peace while she walks into our university to talk about solidarity with the Latinx community. Shame on the Hispanic Federation and El Centro for hosting this event. There is no liberation while the people in Palestine live under Israeli and US occupation. Abolish all imperialist entities now! Her town hall is scheduled from 11:30a-12:30p while doors open at 11a. We ask people to rally at 10:30a! No justice no peace! Tomorrow, Monday, March 16th!
