18 Illinois schools named 'Blue Ribbon Schools' by Department of Education

Congratulations to 36th Ward CPS high school Prosser Career Academy on this outstanding accomplishment. Prosser was one of 18 schools in Illinois selected by the US Department of Education as “Blue Ribbon” meaning they are top performing and have shown success in closing achievement gaps. They will be receiving this special award in Washington, D.C. in November. We love our CPS schools in the 36th Ward, we could not be prouder!

Good morning Crusader Fans, We're excited to bring you another great fun filled Fundraiser...FootballMania SuperMatch! The game is just like the popular "squares" pools played during pro football’s championship game the Superbowl. Prizes range from $20 - $10,000. FootballMania SuperMatch allows us to sell electronic tickets. It's a COVID friendly way for us to reach friends and family during these times of minimal social interaction. This allows us to support our school in a way to make sure that everyone is happy, healthy and safe. Click the link below or reach out to your local Crusader family to get your great music download and be entered to win in the SuperMania Superbowl fundraiser! Please feel free to reach out to Dominic Maino at [email protected] with any questions. https://www.charitymania.com/give/rb015
The priority for the City Council should be car jackings, crime and Covid. Not removing the Trump name from his hotel. What is wrong with all of you?
I think it is brave of you offer an ordinance to refuse a permit for a sign if the owner of the building is convicted of "treason, sedition or subversive activities." In times such as these we need to stick together.
YOU ARE AN AS***LE!!! 🖕🖕🖕
Word has it you want to waste the peoples money to debate the removal of Trump name on his tower. Isn't working for the people MOST IMPORTANT thing for you to do? Your worrying about a sign but all of you let our city get destroyed, do nothing to change the pension crisis here in Illinois, you don't care about anybody but yourselves. WOW.
Way to go Alderman V. Stick it to 45. Saw you on the News. Great Idea. Lose the Trump sign and Ban any future city business with convicted felons of Treason etc.
Waiting for the Senior Christmas party to start.
Aldermen Villegas Wanted to take the time to say thank you for your quick response to unsafe tree and it’s removal. Please thank the commissioner, superintendent and your staff for all the help. Have a great day..
For Thanksgiving, we'd like to support a local business. Do you know of any restaurants in the ward that are offering Thanksgiving dinner take out?
Great partnership in our community. Not even the rain is stopping us! 🌧 🌧 🌧
Is there still a shredding event this Saturday?
