Dreaming of homeownership? The City of Chicago's new HomeGrown Purchase Assistance Grant can help make it happen.

✅ Up to $70,000 for down payment and closing costs
✅ Available for eligible homebuyers purchasing homes anywhere in Chicago
✅ Applies to one- and two-unit owner-occupied properties
✅ HUD-approved homebuyer education course required

Income limits apply, and buyers must live in the home as their primary residence for at least five years.

With $21 million in city funding, this program is designed to help more Chicago families achieve homeownership and build wealth in their communities.
