Our Story
Franciscan Outreach is a leading provider of homeless services in Chicago. Throughout the year, we serve approximately 4,000 men and women who are marginalized and homeless. Every day, through five locations, we provide healthy meals, safe shelter, case management and access to critical resources so people can get the help they need to make positive changes in their lives.

Will Franciscan Outreach be doing Facebook's Giving Tuesday tomorrow? If so, can you provide a donate link on your page asap. It's first come first serve, I believe up to $100K for each participating organization.

Hi there...would your shelter be able to use Plarn Mats. If so let me know and I will let the crocheting ladies at NLOB know...
while the catholics are known for lots of charity and good deeds. the franciscan in chicago is a complete mockery to the faith. when i fu filed a civil rights complaint i was banned from services. it is easy to see how so many kids get violated by the faith. they keep the dirt covered up...the staff is a bunch of people who could not work anywhere else.. the supervisor tells that its a non profit not owned by anyone...they will bond in groups to protect the ways of civil rights crimes done to the very most vonerable in this town....how can so much good be seen and the civil crimes and grievences be covered up...

Please help share in the Lemont, Illinois area. Meghan knows no one in Illinois & has no cash or credit/debit cards with her. Meghan was last seen wearing a thin grey jacket, black yoga pants, and black shoes. Dougherty also has a tattoo of a cross on her left inside index finger and a rose on her right rib cage. Police said Dougherty has no connections in the area and has nothing other than her clothing with her. She has been known to hitchhike in the past. It's possible she could return to the Montgomery and Chester County areas in Pa. Meghan has been seen in Phoenixville and in Philadelphia in the past. If you see Meghan please call one of the phone numbers listed on the flyer or call the Lemont Police Department @ (630) 257-2229
