And here is Shane admitting he got the stolen papers from Brooks purse. Commissioner Gingery listened to Shane lie multiple times on the stand and never did a thing about any of it.

Here is the other complaint filed by Jennifer Smith (Faith's biological mother) that Commissioner Gingery said she didn't know who that was it was so she was not going to accept it.

Commissioner Gingery should be out of a job for this right here. The petitioner's computer got pulled because she stole my best friend's documents from the school, she gave them to Shane and they were used as evidence during my child support hearing. I didn't file a complaint against her at all ever. I certainly didn't EVER testify to filing a complaint I SENT AN EMAIL (the only thing I ever did was send an email to the school alerting them of the threat made by their employee towards a child that I had raised for 10 years.)

So here's the next issue on the agenda, I am a mandated reporter I am mandated to report abuse I have worked for a healthcare company for 13 years and I have worked in the health care field for many more years than that running a care facility in Paradise for developmentally disabled.

So part of the alleged harassment that I created was reporting to CSD. And I'm just wondering if that would even constitute harassment because I am a mandated reporter and if I did call them or I did turn in this text message and explain to them exactly what Shane told me..... "Brook was refusing to feed the baby formula and she was too sick to produce enough breastmilk" According to Shane the baby was in distress and he fed her formula..... Brook freaked out. As you can see by the text message that she sent him.

So I would just like to personally ask Virginia Gingery......with the information posted here.....if I had made that call to CSD? (which nobody can ever prove and Brook couldn't testify to that because she doesn't know who called) would that be harassment?

I testified in court that it was Shane who called but nowhere in the judgement did it say that even though he was the one who had the text message and I was the person standing by his side when he called.

So is Shane guilty of harassing Brook? Am I guilty of harassing Brook because I told Shane that's what he should do when he explained the situation? I want answers.

So I wonder if Commissioner Gingery will put a restraining order against my acquaintances who live at Shane's complex because they informed me of a very heated screaming fight in the middle of the parking lot in front of children. Brook had Shane parked in and wasn't letting him leave.

You know communicating with "no legitimate purpose", freedom of speech does not exist any longer in the Butte County Superior Court.

Oh and you're not allowed to protect your children either we want to make sure that the people abusing the children are protected that's exactly what she has done here.

Shane even complained to me about the child support for Faith. This was during the middle of 2022 - the year he made over $90,000.

Oh.... McNally Miriam E Attorney At Law, We can discuss her a little bit later but basically everybody who has ever had an experience with her that I know it has been completely negative whether they hired her or were on the opposing end. LOL. As you can see my ex husband Shane and his off again on again fiancee both dislike her.... Shane hired her and Brooks ex hired her. Fun from all sides you see.

All about the child support..... And despite the fact that we had 3 hearings where all he tried to do was get it dropped to a 0 balance. It was the total waste of attorney fees for me that I will never get back, he ended up withdrawing his petition because it was going to get him nowhere since he got fired from his job and his about was already set so low it was the equivalent of him having a minimum wage job. Did I mention he made over $90,000 last year before getting fired? But the judge didn't believe that...... HOW?
