The Chico Chamber of Commerce is proud to honor Sheila’s Hair Parlor as our August Business Highlight! For decades, Sheila has been a cornerstone of our community, keeping Chico looking its absolute best with her incredible talent and warm heart.

✨ A Legacy of Service
Sheila has been styling hair for an amazing 45 years! She officially opened her own business right here in Chico back in 1987. Many lifelong residents will remember her original location on the Square, nestled perfectly between Wiley’s Hardware Store and Chico Florist.

🏡 Deep Chico Roots
Sheila moved to Chico in 1976 and married her husband, Kevin Lemond, in 1981. Since then, she has dedicated her life to making Chico a better place. Beyond the salon chair, Sheila has served our community well over the years.

Thank you, Sheila, for 45 years of beautiful hair, community leadership, and unwavering dedication to Chico!
