📌 Mark Your Calendars: Military Appreciation Day at The Big E! 🎡

Opening Day of The Big E is Friday, September 18th, 2026, and it is dedicated to honoring the brave individuals who serve and have served our nation.📢

Free Admission Details: The Big E is offering FREE admission at the gates for:
* Active Duty Service Members (plus dependents);
* Retired Military & Veterans (ID required, no dependents).

Make sure to bring your valid military ID, DD-214, or proof of membership to a veteran organization!

💼 Chicopee Veteran Services is attending! Our team will be out at the fairgrounds to support our local heroes. Stop by and see us! We will be on-site to help you:
* Prepare your paperwork for VA claims and official requests.
* Navigate Chapter 115 benefits (financial and medical assistance for eligible veterans and dependents).
* Connect with local resources right here in Chicopee.

You can also find the VA Central Western Massachusetts Health Care System outreach tent on the Avenue of States from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for healthcare enrollment.
