4 puppies have been abandoned by the dumpster at Dollar General if anyone is interested in taking them in. OCAPS has been contacted but no room currently.

Any information leading to the person responsible for dropping the dogs at the dumpster would be appreciated. You can contact us through messenger and you will be kept anonymous.

Anthony Richardson, 38 year old white male. 5'8", approximately 200 lbs. Brown hair, blue eyes, reddish facial hair. Last seen wearing an orange puffer jacket, black pants, and purple shoes.
Anthony walked away from his residence on E Busbee St, East Camden, AR around 8:30 PM on 01/28/2026.
Anthony has diminished mental capacity and has not been taking his medications.
