On today’s date, members of the Chillicothe Police Department executed a residential search warrant in the 1700 block of N. Benedict Street. Chillicothe PD detectives led an investigation where they developed probable cause regarding the illegal sale of methamphetamine and crack co***ne.

As a result, Tammy L. Hoover (56), was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

All Chillicothe PD members involved did an excellent job bringing this situation to a safe resolution, and holding this individual accountable for her actions.

The Chillicothe Police Department is committed to doing everything in our power to stop the illegal sale of drugs in our community. This goal is only attainable with the help of our citizens.
