Please join Warden Ness and the Employee of the Month Committee in congratulating CO I C**t Schneiter on being named the CCC Employee of the Month for September 2026. A presentation was recently conducted to recognize his efforts.
C**t was nominated for this award by fellow co-worker, CO II Jesse Wills, who recognized his willingness to share his knowledge and experience as a Correctional Officer with his peers and in particular, new employees.
It was indicated that he is considered an “expert” regarding his knowledge of policy and procedure involving searches and is routinely called upon to assist with such. It is noted that he is a team player and willing to go the extra mile and works hard at his job. The nomination also states, “Furthermore, CO I Schneiter can be relied upon to work extra shifts when necessary and often seeks out opportunities to do so without being asked.”
Mr. Schneiter is a huge asset to this facility, and his actions consistently demonstrate that he is a professional and a team player.
