Students in Mr. Baker’s 6th grade Communications class prepared presentations to introduce themselves to their peers. Public speaking, known clinically as glossophobia, affects roughly 40% to 77% of the population and frequently ranks as the number one fear ahead of heights, spiders, and even death. Our students showed no fear as they confidently gave their first speech today.

Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams on their wins over Wilmington. Both teams swept the opponents in two sets.

The Lady Cavs are on the road tomorrow night at Washington Courthouse.

Our 7th grade football team played a fantastic game against Ironton last night! We are so proud of the effort, teamwork, and determination they showed on the field.

A big shout out to our cheerleaders, as well. They did an amazing job supporting our team and bringing plenty of cavalier spirit to the game!
