Even though I’ve changed districts and positions, the work remains the same- do good things for kids and support public schools. I’m happy to report that the first-day locker trials did not get the best of us! ✊🏼 Looking forward to a great year in West Ada. Much love to all the educators and staff across Idaho that give their heart and passion to our communities’ kids. Let’s make it a great year! ❤️📚✏️

During Covid, my daughter and I made a lifetime goal to visit and hike all the national parks together. She’s finishing her PA program, but still found a couple days to get away with me for park number 12! Nevada’s Great Basin National Park is rugged beauty. I’m grateful for the time to make memories with her. ❤️

It was a privilege to serve on Idaho’s America250 committee this past year. It takes months of planning and dozens of organizing partners to pull off an event like this. The parade and Capitol Celebration were awesome! Wishing everyone a safe and happy 4th! 🇺🇸❤️

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week! There aren’t enough words to express what teachers have meant in my life, both while growing up and now, with 22 years in schools. Educators give so much to all of us and future generations. It’s inspiring. I’m honored to work alongside these incredible humans.
