4 Star Ranch is dedicated to safely preparing both horses and riders for sanctioned horse competitions and shows, by routinely hosting clinics and schooling shows.

Schooling shows are generally preceded by a clinic which is facilitated by a USAWE Professional Instructor and awards competitors with ribbons or small cash prizes in recognition of their accomplishments. Schooling shows are a great place to familiarize participants with the showing process, learn proper riding techniques, and to test their riding skills against others. Most of these shows require a small entry fee to offset the costs for the instructor, awards, food, refreshments, facility upkeep and improvements.

4 Star Ranch maintains a focus on the working equitation discipline. Working
Working equitation involves four phases; dressage; ease of handling with obstacles; speed with obstacles; and in the higher level events, cattle trial.

4 Star Ranch is a 15 acre facility and includes:
• 12 outdoor holding stalls
• Fully enclosed barn with 4 additional indoor stalls
• 2 round pens
• Covered bleacher viewing area
• 2 riding arenas
• Overnight dry camping with limited RV Hookups
• Riding obstacles
• Trail riding
• Cow clinics
