Newest Update: all items were recovered!

Update for clarification: Sundayโ€™s tithes and offerings were locked away and secured, they were not touched.

This is a post I (Pastor Dylan) am saddened to make.

Between the hours of 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 5th, and 10:30 AM on Monday, April 6th, our church was broken into.

Along with the vandalism, several items were taken that directly impact our ability to minister effectively to our congregation and our community. Law enforcement has been notified, and due to the value of the stolen property, this is being treated as a felony.

There is a monetary reward being offered by an outside benefactor for information leading to the return of these items.

If the individual(s) responsible would return the property and meet with me personally, there may be an opportunity to resolve this without charges being pursued.

If you have any information, please contact:

This is a public awareness post. We have been contacted by Janis Strapcans, who will be going around door to door in city of Chinook selling books for Southwestern Advantage. Janis has checked in the city of Chinook and we have verified his information.
He is a very polite and nice young man, who does have an accent. His vehicle is a Toyota Carolla with Arizona license plates, which we have the information on. Don't be alarmed when you see him.

Janis is meeting with families that have children, from babies to seniors in High School, to provide a learning service for making reading fun and easy and to give your kids a head start. For the older children it will encourage learning and save time with homework.

Have a great day,

Chief Elmer Zarn
