Last night we were able to do some water rescue training with our boat and new depth finder that we were able to purchase with the money we raised from our fundraiser! The depth finder will allow us to help those more efficiently in a water rescue situation.

We also got to make sure our oars work and that our volunteers were able to row! 😉

We want to thank everyone that came out and supported us at our fundraiser!

Also a big thank you to Matt at Big Fish Encounters who donated his time and labor to install the depth finder!

Good morning everyone, although today is going to be nice the next couple days are going to be a different story. With the large snow storm coming please take today to get prepared. We are in the range of 12-18 inches with 20 possible. Remember to get extra batteries for flashlights. Sunday and Monday roads maybe impassable. Please don’t drive unless necessary. If you have generators make sure those are ready to go. If you see Powerline’s down call 911 and your power provider.
